It's nothing very stunning to look at.
The background is, I had bought some confectioner's sugar for some holiday baking that didn't happen, so I have it on hand,and I've been wondering how I might use some. Aside from baking there also are various finger-snack versions of sugar-dusted cereals, nuts, etc.
I've also got some real lemon juice (pretty nasty by itself BTW) and I wondered about a sugar/lemon paste. Linda pointed out that to be a frosting, it would need butter. Later I thought, what about powdered sugar and cayenne powder? That combination by itself was today's experiment. But what about a lemon/cayenne frosting?
I just don't have any project for the frosting ... yet.
