food-bev Spice Toffee

This was one of my Xmas treats I made.
Walnuts, Almonds and cashews fried in butter with vanilla and ring of fire peppers.
Added honey and cooked till toffee consistency (added cream half way, cream creates soft toffee).
Poured out then used Pure Cocoa paste on top, once melted smoothed out.
Taste like old Eat More bars.
Store closed in fridge.
