food Spicy Joe's 'Captain Insano Salsa'

for this batch I used the following peppers -

1 Chocolate Douglah
1 Chocolate Scorpion
4 Yellow 7 Pods
5 Habaneros
2 Ghosts
1 Red 7 Pod

do you use any vinegar or lime juice?
Nope! I drizzled in olive oil before I popped it under the broiler... blackened the peppers and garlic... took them off then returned the tomatoes in for a bit longer... took them out and allowed them to cool.... all I had to do was pick them up and they slid right out of their skins.... I never use tomatoes with skins in any of my salsa.... this recipe came from a Mexican friend... easy... I think the vinegar or lime juice would take away from the roasty flavor I try to create...
