Spider mite or just a spider?

Found this guy on the fatalli today after I noticed a small web. After I touch the plants outside I notice small white bugs fly away I hope its not white fly but I cant get them to stay still long enough to get a good look.
 
Spider. When she's done down there, send her up my way. I've got an aphid colony that needs lunch.
I mean "needs to be lunch".
 
Spider mites are so small you mite see 'em or you mite not.
