Spider?

I have a small spider making a web on one of my Cayenne Peppers. Leave it alone or get rid of it?

personally, I would encourage her to move along to make room for ladybugs, the true friend of peppers. though bees are a big pollinator they aren't only insect that pollinates, certain flies also do the job.
