Sprout Pesto Hab

Made some "Pesto" this morning, didnt have fine nuts so used Almonds and Pumpkin Seeds.
Lots of heat, used 8-10 dried Red Habs, The marinated Bell Peppers were dehydrated, got a Jar of tomatoes too but couldn't find it so will do another one later.
1st salt, the olvies would add some preserving properties and I added 1/4 cup ACV, 1tbsp Seasoning and 1tbsp Oregano.

that looks pretty tasty! Just looked up the Medicine Hat weather. Looks like a pretty mild 10 day forecast. Has it been a mild winter this year?

Yes it has, a very windy one, I think tops (bottoms) its been -25c (Normaly -40), now its hovering around  +12 in the day and -6 at night.

Sounds and looks delicious... may i ask what "ACV" is ?
