seeds Sprouts with seeds still on

Keep them moist and they will probably work themselves out...if they don't after a few days you may GENTLY try to help them...

Soaking and planting a little deeper will prevent very many from happening in the future for ya. Out of maybe 120 sprouts so far this year I had three.

I've had alot. Most manage to come off if kept moist. A drop of water sat on the seed casing works well 90% of the time the seed is off 6 hours later.

I've gently cut the seed casing at the side with nail clippers a few times. Usually just through impatience and self education

Surprisingly I had an Atomic Starfish come up with the seed still on it, the cotyledon was all sorts of mangled, yet it is now my strongest from this variety.
