powder-flake Sriracha style pepper flakes

You could always dehydrate the sauce and powder it. You know they do that already, you can buy Frank's powder and Sriracha powder. If you happen to like that sauce pour it out onto a silicone sheet and dehydrate it. Why replicate it with fresh ingredients?
 
Dry soy sauce, worcestershire all exists... just dry it and powder it. No need to go all nuts trying to recreate it fresh just to dry it.
