St Lucia - any members been

would ask a local(hotel staff?) where they get produce from, then go there and look for peppers.
I wouldn't want to go to the tourist trap kinda place (castries market) that is more south of you.
 
There's a classic West Indian style hot sauce with mustard and scotch bonnets called Baron Foods West Indian Style.
 
Thanks for all your posts .... my son has touched base with Eric one of the barman who grows chillies and his friend he says has a farm. Would I take out some seed for him my son said ... time to introduce P. Dreadie to Eric and St Lucia
