Small turkey.  Dry brined with a little salt & pepper.  Smoked w/ a couple of chunks of pecan.  
Stuffed onions.  
 
I'm thinking of switching to a stick burner.  If I do, you can have the WSM.

Okay, I was drunk and I misread this the first go around.  I thought you said 'you missed mine' instead of 'I love mine', hence the offer if I switch to a stick burner.
