
In a couple hours I'll chop up some onions, bell peppers, jalapeños, cayennes, and garlic to sauté in the grease from 2 pounds of bacon. Oh yeah I forgot, these beans will have bacon too

Bush's original baked beans is the base, once the veggies, bacon, and pulled pork all get added to the beans I'll adjust brown sugar, honey, and salt/pepper/spices to taste and smoke the whole thing for a couple hours to meld the flavors. Will update with progress throughout the evening.
