Hi all. Well considering I live way up north almost to where the polar bears live i'm extremely happy with the results of my indoor apartment garden. The cayenne peppers on the oldest plant are growing extremely fast and the jalapeno plants are starting to produce huge amounts of flower buds....

One question I have is how long on average does it take for cayenne pods to ripen?
