YUUUMMMM... Bam quick question. I see you emphasized "no salt" in your dry rub. Any particular reason? I put salt and pepper on everything. Is this a no-no for Q-ed steak?

no particular reason...salt is just a flavor enhancer... if you use the right spices when grilling or most cooking IMHO you dont really need salt. i use alot of Mrs.Dash and homemade spice blends.

and i am trying to watch my blood pressure.lol

they are actually black angus ny strips but ribeyes are my preferred cut of meat or porterhouses
