Can I request most experienced Members/fashioners of exclusive hot sauces and relieshes to guide Novices like your's truely , to set up a small (home industry) preparing and marketing sauces ?

US govt has big brother FDA watching over everything and it seems a daunting task for a newbie like me.

Are there any seperate provisions and rules for preparing and marketing home made things ?

Same topic can be used by people from different countries to find out rules in their own countries.

A small cost work out info would greatly help.

I'm no expert but I've done some research and I think you'll have to check your local restrictions for home-made things. Most of the time I believe you need to make your sauces in a properly inspected commercial kitchen unless you're only selling at local farmers' markets.
Its a pain in the ass but you really wouldn't want to buy sauce made in some rat/roach infested crack-house. You may also need an inspected site to store your sauces, I've heard there can be problems with home storage.
