misc Storage Locations

Does anyone happen to know of any food storage facilities in Southern Maryland, Eastern Shore (Maryland) or DC area? I'm having some sauce produced to sell, but can't store in house. Thanks.

what are the requirements for storage?  If it can't be in your domicile...mini-storage unit?  conditioned/secured/accessible by whom?  Big Chevy Van in the back yard????
