Found this bug on one of my plants, thought it was a piece of dirt or scab, picked it off, next day same thing but this time it flipped over and there were legs. Today there was one on my potato plants and when I went to remove it, it flew away. It looks bigger in the picture. Any idea what it is and how to treat? I live in zone 5, New York.
