health Strange leaf issue with Birds eye - what’s wrong?

Hi there,
My Birds eye plant has turn from looking great to somewhat unhealthy with 4-5 days. It has developed some numerous small dark brown spots on 40 % of the leaves (see pictures). I have several other types of chili that are grown under the same conditions which all appear to be doing well.

Whats going on here? Some kind of deficiency or perhaps too much fertilizer?

It seems kind of weird for BLS to show up on an indoor grow as it's mostly commonly spread via getting soil onto the plant's leaves or remaining in moist conditions.

Sadly it could be from the seeds. However, this doesn't look like BLS to me. Maybe the lights were too close? Perhaps they will recover.
