Strange Plant: Trinidad Scorpion Moruga

I have a few plants growing and am awaiting the arrival of my lighting which should arrive Monday. The majority of my plants are fine and look like this currently:

One of the plants is growing very strangely, can anyone advise what this plant is doing and why?

Is it normal that the occassional plant will grow in a completely different way? Any ideas are welcome.

My guess is that your 'strange' plant is a garden weed.

I understand your thought. It would be an amazing coincidence that the seed was planted right in the center where this plant is though.
