Street Meat / Street Vendor Food

I found a show over the holidays on the Food Ch called Eat St. all about "Street Meat and Street Vendors. Was amazed at what is avaiable in so many different places.
Here in Toronto you're lucky to find anything more than carts selling hotdogs and sausages all bought at the same supplier, all come with free heartburn +++. I must also add there are a few french fry wagons around.

Lets just say I was eating a nice dinner while watching and my mouth was still watering after seeing some of these foods that are from Street Vendors.

My question to the World is, What is your best Street Vendor food experience, where, what and the cost ?

I guess mine would be a bbq trailer that they set up on the middle of a mile long bridge crossing the Susquehanna River. For History buffs, this bridge was burned down during the Civil War to keep the Confederates from advancing on their way to the eventual battle of Gettysburg. Anyway, Once a year they close this bridge and fill it with vendors. It is called the Bridge Bust. Their are crafts, flea market types stuff, and food. This particular trailer looks like an old western chuck wagon and served some of the best bbq I have ever had. I always get the brisket sandwich, smoked sausage, and a half rack of ribs. Terrific.
