Stupid question ...but?

Lots of good answers here. I personally love the flavor of the yellow 7pot. Once you adapt to the heat the flavor will be noticeable.

TIP: munch the hottest you have. Chew for 15 seconds if you can then spit out. Recover and try less hot varieties. Once you scorch the pain receptors you will notice flavor.
