sugar rush peach

For those of you that have grown the peach sugar rush, how long did it take for the seeds to germinate? This is my first peach variety and was wondering if they take longer than the other colors. It has been two weeks and all my other annuums and baccatums have germinated, including a sugar rush red. Even some of my superhots have sprouted, but no sign of life with the peach sugar rush.

My Sugar Rush Peach seed germination has also been frustrating. In my case, it is much more likely something I've done wrong. I saved some seeds from peppers I ordered in a SFRB last year. Some of the seed types I saved from last year are doing great (>90% germination). Some of my other seeds are giving me trouble.

The way I look at it, if I don't have a few varieties giving me trouble each year, I'm not trying hard enough. :)

I trust the seed source. I purchased them from a well known reliable vender. Also my method seems to be working for every other variety. I thought maybe you all knew something special about this variety. Maybe they perfer something different. Another variety I seem to always have issues with are reapers. Stubborn SOBs. I use the paper towel method, in zip lock bags on a heat mat.

constant moisture + 32 degree C temperature.  that's all for both reaper and sugar rush peach.

Started mine in peat pellets then once they sprouted I carefully knocked the peat off the roots and transplanted them into a peat, perlite, worm casting mix
