kitchenware Suggestions for pots with valves?

Hi,

Right now, once I'm done cooking my sauces, I'm pouring the sauces into a pitcher and then funneling it into a bottle. It's not ideal. Does anybody have any suggestions for pots that are preferably close to 10 qt with a built in valve and thermometer? I'd like a smaller pot cause I make small batches.

Thanks y'all,

April

Look at Stainless steel brew kettles but 20qt is probably the smallest you're going find with those features.
Ok I may have goofed. The kettle I just posted about isn’t NSF certified. The ones that are are way out of my budget.

However, I found this:

Stainless Steel Homebrew Kettle Set

It says it’s commercial grade but isn’t NSF certified. Does that mean I cannot use it in a commercial kitchen??

Check out a ss syrup warmer. I use a 2 gallon one that goes up to 200f. Found one on fleaBay forv$100.
Can keep the stock pot on tge stove and scoop into the syrup warmer. Might need to use some tubing to step down the orifice to fit into woozy bottles. Send a PM if you want more details.
