I was doing my daily routine check on my plants a couple of days ago and found some spots which concerened me into a small panic. I cut the Jolokia up to see if I could detect something on the inside, don't ask me why, I have no idea what I'm doing atm. With some help from a fellow grower we came to the conclusion that it was the fruits being sunscalded.
Â
But tonight while doing another check I found more fruits with the same kind of spots on the same plants even though there has been a rainy couple of days. The plants effected are my Bhut Jolokia and a Malawi Birds Eye.
Â
I attached pictures from both of the times I found spots on my fruits. Can someone please help me identify if this truly is sunsclading or are we talking about some kind of fungus or pest?
Â
Best regards Kris
