Another PGR is triacontanol, contained in alfalfa. Although, it requires extraction, as it's an alcohol contained in epicuticular wax. Studies on mulching the planting hole demonstrated some efficacy in increasing growth patterns. I've made FPE with it. It is said to increase essential oil production. Maybe it could boost capsaicin & dihydro- too.
Also, Jasmonic acid is supposed to increase blooms. It's in bonide tomato spray. I haven't tried.
