sweet treats packing heat

Peanut butter fudge with Salsa Lady's Pure Evil mixed in. Outstanding! You could also substitute any powder in there too. It will alter the flavor somewhat but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Pure Evil is probably the best way to add heat to anything without impacting the flavor. It is an amazing product.

Speaking of which, I need to remember to put in an order for some after we move next month.

Another good thing to try is chopping up some chilis [up to your discretion... I have used habs, serranos, and japs with pretty good results], mangoes, and pineapple. Mix them all together, blend if desired, and serve as a tropical salsa. I also like to throw in a bit of allspice. Great stuff. It is wonderful with smoked ham.

Would you be willing to post your hab/chocolate recipe/procedure? That sounds amazing. I am growing some fataliis this year, and would definitely be interested in trying that too. :)
I don't have one at this time. I buy it locally. Its not bad, but I think I could I kick it up a little. My wife makes chocolate pretzels around the holidays so I have that covered. All I need to do is add pepper. I may try to make a tincture or extract from the peppers and add to the mix, that way it will be incorporated throughout the candy.

My next splurge will be Madison Chocolatiers West's Sensation Truffles, Check em out.

Just bought the best stuff ever at a local farmers market bloomin' desert herb farms habanero sugar. I think you guys can order some if you email bloomindesertherbs@Yahoo.com no joke this stuff is amazing. Just put some on a donut it tasted great!! Best part is all peppers used are grown by them at there house

Badger's chile toffee is AWESOME! Chileheads in the Methow agree.

For other sweet treats, there's a recipe around here somewhere for Candied Peppers (could be anything from jalapeno to 7Pots),

Someone sent me a couple spicy Snickerdoodles and they ROCKED. We had spicy brownies at our chilehead party last year. geeme made some chocolate cookies with douglahs in it, and also did a cool poached pear and bacon thing for one of the TDs. And justaguy's fatalii cheesecake is definitley on the menu for this year's chilefest.

Also had bourbon fatalii jam, and several other pepper jellies. Only one comment about pepper jellies, I personally don't like green jalapenos or green chiles in a sweet jelly. I like red ripe chiles in jellies better. Just a personal preference~

I went to whole foods in NYC and met a guy which was having a product launch there called LOCO Sodas. They were different flavoured sodas that had chilli peppers in it to give a bitey after taste. It was great and reminded me of the ginger beer my aunt in Trinidad makes every Christmas. The product is discontinued and never caught on though but I was lucky to have been there at the right time to meet the chef and to sample the product.

could someone tell me what the best tasting super hot is off of this list

thank you
