WOW! You gotta let me know the recipe to that relish my man. Looks so good, yet so evil. Four Horseman burgers are going to become a main staple in my house soon.
 
Well, this is my version of the FHB:

1 lb. Angus Ground Round
Walla Walla Onion
Fresh Wheat Rolls
Mince Garlic
Penzys Chicago Steak Seasoning
Penzys Freshly Ground Pepper
Summit Spice Jamaica Jerk
Dorset Naga (PepperLover)
Red 7 Pod (PepperLover)
Yellow 7 Pod (PepperLover)
Tobago Scotch Bonnet "Faria" (PRF)

This is my first time, I need to know what this thing is going to taste like, I still want some flavour not pure heat! If it is not hot enough, I will put more peppers in the other 2.
 
You were right Paul, could use some more peppers, next time. Still very tasty and hot, but.....

Gotta' 'member...cooking will take out some of the heat. Satch, I'd say that's a durn good effort and still looks like its gots teh hotness! Personally, I think the chile's taste better cooked and sauteed and then added. Just have to cook more of 'em to bring up the heat. Slap some sharp cheese on that and I say...HB&R!
 
Yeah some cheese next time. So, your saying sautee the peppers/onions/garlic then put them on the burger after it's cooked?
