indoor-growing t8 lighting ?

I am a second year grower indoors and second winter trying from seed. I have a t8 4 light system. I wonder if the 6500k is enough to run my peppers from seed to get them 8 inches tall till spring time. Do I need to change 2 of the lights to 2700k for a wider spectrum.

4 1020 trays
if you put them in 3 inch pots(18 per tray)
18 * 4 = 72 seedlings
 
also the 6500k is the temperature, you're more looking for the lumens # which i agree is good, t8's are commonly used to grow seedlings. see here:

i have three 8 foot t8 lights.  I can fit a ton of seedlings under each one.  like five trays of small babies per light.

well small plants.  I can fit about 4 one gallons pots per tray.  Than i move them outside from there.
