I really like(d) the Congo Pili Pili Chili Bar by Theo Chocolate! Good luck if you can find it though (locally/ US resident..don't know about Australia). I think they quit production on it however as I have not see it sold in a while..grrr! Their regular Chili bar contains Guajillo and Pasilla peppers- they also have an awesome Chipotle drinking mix with Chipotle (duh!) and Ancho peppers, alongside cinnamon/allspice/nutmeg/etc..spicy goodness! Just wish they would leave out the sugar so you could adjust to your liking..but hey, it's a 'mix'! A few others that come quickly to mind...
Chuao Chocolate's has a great bar called 'Spicy Maya' ..it contains Pasilla chile, Cayenne, and cinnamon. Great bars!
Cocolove has a 'Chili's & Cherries' bar that's great..as every bar/style from them is great IMO! Big bars too. (the chili bar is only 55% though, I prefer darker choc.)
Also in 55% but more mild, still nice (and pricey!) is Vosge's 'Red Fire' bar (Ancho, Chipotle, cinnamon..)
Then there is Lindt and others that have chili spiced/infused bars. Have not opened a health/energy style bar I was given that's made by 'KIND Nuts & Spices' brand called simply 'Dark Chocolate Chili Almond'. It has Cascabel, Ancho and Habanero chilis. Lots of variety/selection out there. I'll have to look for the Tobasco- did not even know such a thing existed, thanks!
