I actually search for 20 minutes or so, I wanted to find one with roux from scratch, okra, and seafood. This one looks real good: https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/seafood-gumbo

Does look good. I always use butter instead of oil for the roux though. Not sure how much of a difference it makes.
