...hold on, I have to cut it out of the box that the shells came in.
Tonight the leftovers are going to get the pizza treatment, but probably not posted.
I'll do REAL tacos (debatable term...I mean no pre-fab) soon.

Mmmmmm tacos...... we eat them at least 3-4times a month..... I am good at making store bought tortillas yummy!!!

HIGH RIVER TACOS
I made these tonight to pair with the High River Sauces I picked up from Steve (Moth Eater) at the Peppers on the Beach shindig this weekend.
Dry rubbed chicken mesquite smoked on the big green egg
Homemade salsa (onions, garlic, tomatos, green chilis, corn, black beans, lime, cilantro, mildfire powder)
Jalapenos
Refried beans
Sautéed red peppers
Cabbage
I kept it mild heat an simple ingredients so I could keep any one thing from overpowering. Mission success.
Deliciousness ensued. Best pairing was by far "Tears of the Sun". The ginger really adds a nice layer of complexity to this fruit based sauce. It's the new family fave.
