Tag the whitest chile you know!

For my project that I've mentioned in other topics, I'm looking for the whitest Annuum strain available. I hypothesize that the white flesh could help protect the fruit against sun burn, and I would like to test it out. A lot of the strains are actually described as pale or light yellow. What do you guys think is the pepper strain with the whitest fruit?
 
The only white pepper I have grown was a chinense called "giant white habanero."  I don't know if that helps since you were looking for anuums, but it is a confirmed "white" pepper.
 
I am almost complete with my growing season here,& I grew 3 different white peppers:
 
White Ghost
Peruvian White Habanero
Snow White
 
Snow White is clearly the whitest of the 3..with White Ghost coming close IMO.
 
I bought the seeds  of the SW  from Semillas & Peter said quote:"Its only Capsicum chinense variety we know, which remains white even at full maturity under full sunlight"   &  when el maestro speaks I take him at his word. :)
 
 
 
 
 
Did a quick image search and found several Habanero variety all chinense though.
 
 
I did locate 2 Annuums 1 White Bell pepper "White Cloud" and 1 hot pepper "White Fire"
 
I am not sure if white fire is picked early as a white pepper or a TRUE white pepper

The reason I mentioned I was looking for an annuum is that I need it for a cross with another annuum. Do any of you have experience with crossing an annuum with a chinense?
 
It doesn't matter if they ripen to red. The problem here is that the peppers get sunburnt before they mature, which makes them turn color before they are ready for it. I know because they all start to change color starting from the point where they got burnt. It's not great for the eventual taste of the pepper. I thought the white color might prevent that from happening.
 
 
ETA: That White Fire pepper looks great, Masher. Where did you find it? Edit: It seems it's an F1 cross on itself so maybe I should look into the other one instead?

While I don't do intentional crosses the below chart should be helpful.

Note that the white Ghost, like any other form of Bhut, is not a pure chinense. I do not know exactly how much frutescens is in its dna but it may lead to better crossing with annums than you'd get from a pure chinense.

Sounds like that could be true. Just found out Chinense and Frutescens are in the Annuum-complex. That should mean they breed easily in most cases. Opens up a lot of possibilities!
 
A lot of the eastern euro annuums have a creamy color but turn red when ripe. I don't personally know of any annuums that stay whitish.

Yes you're right! It's not the final color.
Here in Romania those are used stuffed with meat and rice.
