Tallest pepper plant?

Baccatums generally grow straight and tall in their early stages. Wilds have the same tendency. I have a Blue Mystery I approximate at 24" right now.
 
Wouldn't it also have to do with a lack of sunlight?  My ghost peppers in full shade (all day shade) are tall and spindly, and the plants that came from the same back of seedlings are shorter and denser.
 
Man,its great to hear about all these plants,and thanks for the threads guys. I'm hoping they will grow much taller this next season,and maybe see for how many seasons I can grow these bad boys!
 
Tallest I've seen were down in Sonora MX hills and native Chiltepins they said were over 20 yrs old.  Don't know but they had bark and are at least 15' tall in places.  I have two starts from them and both are tall and thin now after a few months.  One is now almost 4' tall and has a few pods but doesn't look all that healthy.  It is starting to flower pretty well though so should be an interesting summer for it.
