At 43Hz my dog wakes out of a dead sleep and starts barking.

30Hz - it woke up my cat that was laying by my bedroom window.
40Hz - it freaked her out a bit and made her think there was something outside
70Hz & 79Hz - freaked her out even more and she got a very perturbed look on her face
100Hz - startled one of my other cats awake, who is over on my bed
123Hz - both of them became very wide-eyed and looked straight at me, all freaked out.
 
Ok, either my sound card is not capable of producing low tones or my hearing is dead.  All I could hear is the speaker crackle briefly when the tone switches.

Tried another video on uTube and could hear all the way down to 6 Hz.  Weird...  Humans are only suppose to be able to hear 20-20k

Today is one of those days I'm happy I installed the surround sound computer speakers with a sub in my office.
