evening all, has anyone ordered seeds or anything else from Texas peppers? also ghost powder.com and bhut jolokia.com ( all seem to be the same person). i ordered jolokia seeds which never arrived. he won't send more or refund and says they will still arrive( its been six weeks) he then tried to get me to order again and he would send double the amount.
