Nothing fancy tonight, but I am planning on a grilled chicken cobb salad and Texas toast with lots and lots of ranch dressing!! mmmmmmmm!!! 
He sent me a few a while back. They were some of the tastiest Thai pods I've ever had!
You got to be kidding me! I have 5 Large Orange Thai Pepper Plants, that have not only become dwarfs, not one has produced a single flower much less a pod! I still think they suckered me when they sent me seed for the tallest grow down this year. Hell I knew early on that I did not have a chance to win but I was still hoping to get some podage. Those pods look amazing, and I bet they taste a good too. Good score.
Those Large Orange Thai are awesome! I have been growing them for a couple years now, they make great mild to medium heat hot sauces. I make a Papaya Garlic Hot Sauce using these peppers and my friends and family go crazy for it. Its an acidic sauce but pairs really well with pork or chicken.
