A party store near me has an owner who likes hot peppers ans salsa and we chat alot about it so Monday I took him a batch of my salsa and he decided he wants to try an sell it at the store (it has a deli with fresh subs etc). We are doing a trial run this weekend so I just wanted to thank everyone here who
help me start growning chile's and made it possible for me!!

Well they sold 3 of the 6 tubs I took in!!!!:)
I went in on Friday to pick up the remaining 3 tubs
(they are packaged in the small tubs you see pasta salads and such at supermarkets so after a few days or so they get tossed).As I was leaving some customer asked me "are you the salsa guy" :lol: I said yes and he asked me if I can make it hot. I wanted to chuckle at him but I just said yes so when I was in tonight I told the owner and boom they placed another order!!! 4 tubs 2 hot 2 mild :)
I will try and remember to take some pics

Sold in 16 oz tupperware like tubs. I make the base put the base in pot then chop up all the other ingredients add to the pot then cook it good til it comes to a boil then fill each tub
after it cools then refrid it then seal em up!!
