Thanks Tcttenten hot sauce

Wow after receiving and smoking with pecan and cherry a huge box of peppers from Tctenten.
Thanks again brother!!! :) I roasted 8 large shallots 4 large carrots 8 heads of garlic, then added to peppers in large stainless pot with 1 1/2 cup v8 juice spicy of course. A little water to cover easy boil for 1 hour reduce to simmer for 1 hour. Quick blended with stick blender
Then processed in food mill on med fine blade poured back into pan and added 3/4 cup local honey, juice of 1 lime, salt to taste, cooked 1 more hour then into ninja blended smooth added 1 1/2 to 2 cups cider vinegar. Stored well continued heating tested for flavor and put in a couple ball jars till my order of Woozies comes in :)

This sauce Rocks killer smoke with a nice kick great pepper flavor a little aging and could be one of my best for a quick version!!!
The garlic hits as a nice after taste WOW great selection of peppers Tcttenten!!!! :)
 
OS that looks wonderful.  Lemme know when the woozys come in - I'll trade you for a couple bottles of that red sunshine!!  :cheers:
