glog Thanks, THP forum denizens for getting me to this point!

You all have really helped me out from how to start seeds, which grow light to purchase, which potting soil to use, to how best to fight bug infestations. Because I followed the advice here on the forum, everything went smoothly starting the seeds indoors and growing the seedlings to respectable size for transplanting. It was only after that where I started doing things on my own where I ran into problems, haha.

The first few months after transferring my seedlings outside was rough. I managed to make almost every typical rookie mistake in the book. First I encountered a rather severe green aphid issue, and instead of going to the local hydroponics shop or garden center I followed a home remedy guide utilizing dish soap as one of the ingredients. I reached under the sink and used what I had, not realizing it was detergent instead of soap. Almost all of the leaves wilted and fell off of every plant you see below, but with a bit of letting them alone they shot new leaves out fairly quickly. Then after that I loved them too much and ended up overwatering them to the point that new leaves were coming out all shriveled up, skinny, and rather yellow. Thank you all for helping me figure that one out. Once I realized what was happening, I just let them sit for two weeks to let the soil drain. At that point growth exploded, and since then I've been foliar feeding once a week with either Botanicare Pure Blend Pro Bloom or Cal-Mag Plus, and the magic has been happening ever since!

Pepper Joe calls them Bolivian Rainbow, but I call them Aji omnicolor due to the white flowers and longer slimmer fruits:

Great post & pictures but is this the start of a glog? A general "thank you" thread would probably be more appropriate in the "growing hot peppers" thread.
