I'm getting ready for the Holiday Season and made some hot sauce to give away as gifts this Christmas. I made 4 varieties (30 bottles) before running out of woozys. Here's what I have so far - I also cold smoked (hickory) about 50 Chocolate Bhuts that I'm going to turn into wing/bbq sauce later this afternoon that are shown.
The whole family - 30 bottles (19 8 oz, and 11 5 oz), 4 varieties:
Peach, Orange, and Caribbean Red Habaneros with Pomegranite:
Fatali with Mandarin Orange and Pineapple:
Mesquite/Cherry Smoked Red Bhut Jolokia with Pineapple:
Yellow Scotch Bonnet with Kiwi, Strawberry, and Cranberry:
