1, The deadline is posted on the main site, it is a bit loose of a definition for a reason, but they just need to come in "days" not "weeks" after the final deadline. So you can enter now, and ship anytime until a few days after the deadline.
 
2. Yes oil is a spicy condiment.

The awards announcement date is close. I will update very soon!
 
For reference last year we announced on 2/17 so we are technically on track regrading a ballpark timeframe. Whenever we shoot for the end of the year we have the best intentions but it once again ended up being epic with entries and categories and we had to space out the judging schedule accordingly into 2020. Please hold tight for a little bit thank you for your patience!
