Next steps for you would be making your own ras el hanout spice mix, and grow tunisian hot peppers!
 
I like the recipe except adding ketchup for sweetness instead of sugar. I'd likely add coconut sugar if I wanted it a little sweeter, or if a tomato product, tomato paste which is sweet due to the double concentration (I buy it in the tube). But I like your recipe.
