Finally got around to taking some pictures of the Chile Konnection in Albuquerque, New Mexico. One of my favorite places to go, These folks are awesome, and very friendly. True Hatch products.

I recall one thread asking for Serrano chiles in bulk ( IE 250 lbs plus), they said that there was some weather event that took out a good portion of the plants. She said if you are looking for chiles in bulk, to just give them a call.

I bet. Those pigeons by the roasters look to have it pretty good.

Do you know if they carry pretty much just the standard hatch varieties or do they have other fresh and dried peppers types like jalapenos, pasilla, ancho, etc.?

I would have to say, I have never seen jalapenos there, but pasilla and ancho in dried form perhaps. Definitely arbol dried.

Not that I am aware of. They might be on social media, but I have never been on social media lol. There is the Yelp reviews. Never been on tik tok, but the boss might know more lol.

FYI, they only accept cash. so not sure if a web store is even up?

Chile Traditions is a pretty good shop, I used to buy Hatch powder from them.

I use The Chile Shop now, mainly because for what I get they have better prices, and they carry some sauces I like.
