So I got the dreaded email - no lurkers allowed. 
 
I really enjoy this website and the contributers, so i thought I would introduce myself and stave off the impending doom of account deletion. 
 
I am Jack. I love growing and eating peppers. I make all kinds of ferments and sauces.  Mostly I give them away to my friends and students. 
 
A few of my recipes have even been inspired from content on this site, so thanks!
