Thanks for the link. The solution is not 16mil, no way it could be. First off, the powder is probably 15.2mil not 16mil, and once the powder is diluted with vodka, the SHUs are cut by that amount, probably to a rate of 20:1. It's still freakin' hot, and I do NOT recommend doing straight shots of any of these type of solutions.
