Well, it's that time again!!
I just sneezed about 145 times, but the grind is almost complete.
Lots of Xmas gifts this year - had an amazing yield.
Happy Holidaze to all of my chilehead friends.
Someday, when I market this, everyone gets a jar!!

That label kicks ass. The grind still looks a little wet. Is it just the picture? Either way that is great Christmas gifts, I am giving salsa.

Nope - they were dried in my excaliber. They're quite crispy...
