there's hand lettering on each bottle - e.x. "Red '15"

i used to hand number, too (11/42) but i got lazy last year

each year i try and grow peppers that i can blend, as well as ones i just want to try......i make each sauce by color, and try and mix ingredients based on flavor profile.....although i tend to undersell the other ingredients and focus on the peppers

for example the yellow has mostly fatali, devil's tongue, brain strain and yellow bean.......i added papaya, mango, pepino melon, ginger and star fruit......but you wouldn't be able to pick a single one out if i didn't tell you they were there

the town i live in is Whitefield, ME

it was settled by Samuel Ball, and originally named Ballstown

living in a town that was originally named "ballstown", i HAD to use that name in my sauce.....how could you not take advantage of that! lol

Wow those sauces are the ball's!!! :) Love MAINE!!! Home of Steven King one of my favorite authors. Can't get there from here!! Hahaha Many summers at Old Orchard Beach when I was a younger man.

Lol...thanks......i transplanted here from WMass 15 years ago

Finished the blend on Saturday.....opened sales at 10am Sunday, have sold 109 bottles so far!

my chocolate & peach sold out on day 1, green is starting to dwindle

need to get the 2nd half sold; 1st half is the kids' Christmas, 2nd half is a new TV for the wife and I lol

Awesome brother!!! Nothing better that something you love to do and make some green!!! :) Best of luck my friend!! We're in western Massachusetts if that's not to personal? :)
