The Mexican connection

No, we are not talking about anything like the French connection. Although, in some ways we may just as well be. I had a large shipment of fresh Mexican seed on its here.(chili not hemp).
And it seems our great border patrols can stop the chili seed, but not all the other illegal traffic.

Needless to say, But I will anyway.       Boogers.

Really? Pepper seed from Mexico. Birds are probably already dropping the stuff over the border.
What do ya have to do? Hide in a couple of keys of cocaine to get it through?

Just offing steam. I was looking forward to some really good stuff.

Bah that sucks. Sorry to hear that man. I'm in the process of getting a permit to import seeds. Some things I want from Hippy Seed and Semillas but afraid of spending the $ and having my order seized.

Well that's a bummer! I remember before 9/11 and even a bit after that when I used to trade/send seeds from France, to Israel, to Tasmania..never had a single problem. There were no real regulations except simply affixing the proper sticker to the larger envelopes with contents labeled 'garden or flower seeds'. Plain envelopes were simply sent with the proper postage and everything always went through smooth as wet glass.

In the name of protection (a joke: borders are wide open above & below grounds) and to supposedly secure our freedoms, we end up loosing little freedoms like these - simply sending seeds across borders!! I understand the restriction of importing certain fruits/woods/etc. due to parasitic bugs, but pepper seeds...c'mon! Hope everything works out for you!   :)

Bummer.

I would wager if the seeds were to go on Welfare and vote for the Democrats every election, they would get in, probably with a police escort.
