I had a Butch T from Butch Taylor that gave me cramps for practically the rest of the day. That was when I decided that maybe eating super-hots whole wasn't in my best interest. I was literally useless for the remainder of the day, and I ate the thing at 1pm.
Now, instead, I merely cook with them. Anything I'm cooking for myself gets the hot-fire treatment, and if I had to cook for everyone then I just toss some powder on mine. At this point I'm pretty much positive I could go back to eating whole ones again--but frankly, I just have WAY too much going on in my current situation to be able to take the chance of being out of commission for the day. I do fine with them mixed with other foods, I'll stick to that way for awhile... no shame in that either.
