I thought I'd give a shout out to my favorite seed vendor, Remy at The Sample Seed Shop.

She is a beloved figure at Tomatoville and Gardenweb, which is where I found her. I have bought from her many times, and can speak to her fast shipping and good germination rates. She is the first place I look for seeds, as she sells small amounts of seeds at a low total cost. She also throws in free seeds of her choice with your order, which always end up being something I enjoy. Remy is a fanatic gardener who sells seeds for the love of the game, which is the kind of online sellers I like to support.

I have purchased numerous seeds from Remy over the years, not a huge selection of peppers, but all of her stuff grows true and is very well priced.
 
She does ship fast, once I think my stuff arrived before I hit the final buy button.
