Sort of, problem is that the temperature fluctuates with the temp outside. Colder outside means the radiator is warmer. You see the thermometer? It usually reads between 20 and 27 ºC. I preffer it a little cooler for the plants right now, but that is in my livingroom and I don't want to be cold myself...
